Earth (土) is the energy of soil and the turning seasons — steadiness that holds and nurtures.

What the Earth (土) energy means

In the Five Elements, Earth (土) is the grounding energy of soil that holds and nurtures. It sits at the center, mediating between the seasons, steady and trustworthy. Earth is strong at holding things together and caring for others, but when it holds too much it can grow heavy or slow to let go. Earth is born from Fire (火), gives rise to Metal (金), is controlled by Wood (木), and holds Water (水).
